Organisational Health

Museum Development Midlands (MDM) is offering opportunities for organisational health intensive support, and one to one support surgeries.

The Organisational Health Programme supports museums to operate more effectively, increasing their long-term viability and relevance. It consists of two different offers - Intensive Organisational Health Support or 1:1 Organisational Health Support Surgeries. These will be delivered by Tonia Collett, Collett Consultancy.

The programme can provide support with a number of issues including:

  • Governance

  • Sustainability

  • Income

  • Fundraising

  • Threat of closure

  • Restructure or funding concerns

Expressions of Interest for the intensive support are closed.

A limited number of 1:1 surgeries will open for booking w/c 12 August. Please visit the 1:1 support page for more information.

This programme ran successfully in the East Midlands for a number of years with some excellent outcomes for a range of organisations. It sits within the MDM Dynamism programme and supports Arts Council England’s Let’s Create strategy.
