Coffee and Connect - Kids in Museums Family Friendly Museum Award - Learn about how to apply
Launched in 2004, the Family Friendly Museum Award recognises the venues that are most welcoming, fun, and accessible for families. It's also the only museum award in the UK judged by families. Previous winners include Experience Barnsley, Young V&A and Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Museum.
At the session, attendees will hear about the impact of winning the Family Friendly Museum Award and the benefits of entering. We'll share more information about the Award categories for 2026 in the run up to nominations opening in February and tips for making an application.
