Marketing training for museums: plan effectively, prioritise budgets, target audiences & deliver inclusive campaigns with measurable impact.
About this event
This session will provide a marketing plan framework which can be adapted and scaled up or down to suit individual museums. This will help with deciding how to prioritise and focus limited marketing budgets and time. The session will also explore campaign planning, choosing audiences and segmentation, tips on how to evaluate marketing to optimise activity, and inclusive and accessible marketing.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
· Apply a marketing plan framework to their own organisation
· Prioritise marketing activity based on organisational need, budget and capacity
· Apply accessible and inclusive marketing techniques
The event will be delivered via Zoom using a range of exercises and interactive features including Chat and Breakout Rooms, and will include a short break. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in discussion. If you have any concerns about accessibility or usability for these features please contact enquiries@mdmidlands.org.uk
