We’re pleased to update you on plans for the new network that will provide skills development, peer support and networking opportunities for museum Trustees from across the Midlands.
Consultant Lucy Marder has joined the MDM team as Midlands Trustee Network Facilitator. Lucy has extensive museums sector experience and a track record in facilitating of peer-to-peer leadership networks. She looks forward to working with our community of museum Trustees.
There will be four network events that will run from September through to the spring. Plus an online community for peer exchange, event information, resources and links to relevant funders. Lucy’s goal is to deliver a relevant and engaging programme that meets Trustees needs and complements other relevant support offers.
