Museum Development Midlands (MDM) is offering opportunities for organisational health intensive support, and one to one support surgeries.

Back for a second year, Stronger Museums (formerly Organisational Health) supports museums to become resilient, actively planning for long-term sustainability and audience growth. Participants form a supportive cohort, sharing best practice, challenges and learning within a community of practice framework.

Throughout the programme, you have access to consultant support to tackle your specific goals and challenges through one-to-one meetings, email updates and workshops. Advice and guidance are tailored to your museum.

Tonia Collett will be delivering the programme again in 2025-26, bringing twenty-plus years of practical museum experience and her holistic approach to benefit your organisations. She has worked with funders and museums of all sizes. An Accreditation mentor and Carbon Literacy for Museums trainer, she breaks down complexities into solutions that fit your museum.

From funding to Accreditation, best practice to audience development, forward planning to volunteer recruitment, Stronger Museums can help you build the organisational structures and practices that support your goals.
