Audience Development Consultant (freelance)

We are looking to engage an experienced Audience Development Consultant to help shape and deliver an Audience Development Plan , bringing external skills that we do not currently have in the volunteer resources available to us.
The consultant will produce the Audience Development Plan. They will work closely with a subcommittee that has already been set up, who will supply data and information pulled together to date and/ or direct the consultant to additional sources of content.
